Catherine Broomhead has been living in West Marin since 2001. A native of France, she has lived in Marin County for over 25 years. Her business, KT's Kitchen, is a reflection of her nickname, KT. Specializing in local organic foods prepared with a touch of France, her menus emphasize recipes from both France's Provence in the south and Normandy to the north. She has a regular recipe show on KWMR every other Monday morning at 9:30 am (www.kwmr.org), and has worked at diverse locations ranging from the Spirit Rock Meditation Center in Woodacre -- preparing vegetarian meals -- to working with Bon Appetit at the Legion of Honor on San Francisco. Her private chef service specializes in merging fun with high class style. She is more than a great cook -- she's an entertainer! Available throughout Marin, Sonoma, Napa and San Francisco, her "West Marin Green Cuisine" service features Marin Organic products.
